TERM OF SERVICE
Green Love Garden aims to be a place for families, couples and friends to relax and recharge with nature, tranquility, comfort and good service. The resort is happy to serve all guests with full willingness. However, since it is an outdoor area, we have to have a rule of stay to maintain the overall atmosphere and mood and feel of the place.
Green Love Garden Accommodation Rules
1. Guests can request to postpone the check-in date 1 time by informing 3 days in advance of the booking date.
2. Check-in and check-out times according to the check-in cycle
(12:00-09:00, 13:00-10:00, 14:00-11:00, 15:00-12:00, 16:00-13:00) Guests can request a late check-out. They must inform in advance by 09.00. There will be an additional charge of 200 baht per hour / per house. If there are guests using the room after you, we may not be able to provide this service.
3. Room deposit of 2,000 baht per house
4. Please keep the resort clean. If your resort is more dirty than usual, there will be an additional cleaning charge of 400 baht / house.
5. Please wash the dishes and equipment on the kitchen counter. If you borrow kitchen equipment, please clean it. There will be a cleaning charge of 300 baht / house.
6. If guests cause damage or loss to the resort's property There will be a damage fee according to the price of that item, which will be adjusted according to the attached property price list.
7. Please turn down the volume after 22:00. If other guests make noise, please inform the staff. If you do not comply with the staff's warning to turn down the volume, we reserve the right to cancel your stay immediately.
8. If you want to pick fruits, please inform the staff to ensure that you will receive ripe and ready-to-eat fruits. Some fruits are free to pick, but some fruits are charged by the garden per kilogram. **Do not pick fruits to take home. Violators will be fined 2,000 baht.**
9. The resort is not responsible for any problems beyond our control, such as reptiles, rain, no water, power outages, or flash floods.
10. Please keep your safety and closely monitor your children. The resort will not be responsible for any accidents caused by the negligence of guests. (There are rocks in the stream. Please play in the water with caution.)
11. Do not throw cigarette butts on the grass. Violators will be fined 500 baht. The resort provides ashtrays. If you need, please inform the staff.
12. Do not throw garbage, food scraps, soup or sauce on the grass. Violators will be fined 500 baht because stray dogs, ants and insects will come to disturb.
13. Do not throw garbage in the stream. Violators will be fined 2,000 baht.
